As soon as they started calling it Black Lives Matter, it was doomed to failure. The phrase implies that other ethnicities DON'T matter, and had an immediate alienating effect. That's why it was chosen, and all the wokeness and hysteria in the world won't change that fact.

The societal position of African-Americans within the US has been more solid than that of the Asian-American and other minorities.
