I've been really enjoying Caleb Maupin's chats on Rumble. I just found him and CPI barely 10 days ago, if that, but it has made a world of difference in my hope for the future.
Something that I think about a lot is where to direct my energy. Because persuasive methods differ when talking with Republican-voting workers than Democrat-voting workers.
Republican-voting workers tend to be more humble in the estimation of their own intelligence, compared to Democrat-voting workers. And I really understand Democrats after being one! Towards the end of that period I found myself actually googling "is it true that _____?" And I'd be directed to all those bogus fact checking sites funded by Democrats. So I see Democrat voters as having more illegitimate confidence in their reasoning capabilities than Republicans.
A big Democrat joke in 2020 was "doing your own research". Talk about a hugely successful campaign to demonize curiosity.
