The proletarian struggle in the United States is facing the same obstacle that the Bolsheviks did: the capitalist ruling class has been able to turn the established workers organizing outlets into tools for blocking genuine progress.

I don’t understand in any form how viewing China as socialist or communist is essential to a socialist/communist movement in the US. China is more capitalist than the US is, with more billionaires than the US by far and with the most available purchasable global labor. You have read the academic texts, but you are throwing terms around as if this is all one big sports rivalry and as if being right is more important than achieving change.
