The most powerful wing of our capitalist ruling class—that being the one based within finance capital, which has come to primarily invest itself in the Democratic Party—is in danger of losing its ability to neutralize opposition towards its pro-NATO policy model. This threat towards the liberal order has been present for many years now, and a big reason why the liberal order remains intact despite that is how weak the communist movement has for so long been; the primary recent internal challenges to NATO have come from right-wing populists like Trump, who finance capital was able to pressure into adopting pro-NATO policies. It did this by fabricating a scandal about Russia having conspired with the Trump campaign to interfere in the 2016 election; then using continuous media attacks to get the Trump White House to try to prove itself as being sufficiently pro-war.

Just confused about the actual interests that undermine common sense in Society. To my simpler mind Trump is an imagined threat to Americans but not immediate like the Duopoly - a vehicle for many actors wagging manipulative narratives like BL and Raytheon reliably will . Tell me , do you favor a CP like CPUSA or CPC-ML (Canada)? I'm retired in Canada and will vote Communist . I'm pretty good with CPCML but their literature is mostly on labor issues which is good but foreign policy and vocal opposition to the Duopoly here is lacking . The NDP here should be challenged on their mom stance on imperialist goals and the Greens seem pretty neoliberal fascist compatible too - they give you the cold shoulder about most issues , like their supporters just want a job working for them but have no interest in discussion . My view is that most are actually confused about history and politics , or they have a stake in something .
Hi, I've been studying this conflict for a while and myself have come to a conclusion that Russia winning is probably the best outcome overall. One of my main qualms with supporting Russia though is its escalating persecution of LGBTQ+ individuals, of which I have many friends. I understand the value of critically supporting impure nations, but it still hurts to see a country that seems to be anti imperialist revert so socially inwards.
