Excellent geopolitical analysis that weaves together seemingly disparate developments into the tapestry of anti-Western imperialist resistance. Does the resistance also envision a alternative economic model to capitalism that's just and egalitarian, without which we are still looking at a world of exploitation and class struggle? One would have to look at policy statements, goals and objectives of China, Iran, BRICs etc. A focus on the deep state is necessary, but risks a false narrative that says if we only get rid of it, we will be in a better place. Thoughts?

Emphasizing the deep state is like emphasizing multipolarity. Defeating the deep state isn’t our end goal, and neither is creating a multipolar world. Those things are only necessary steps to communism, with much more struggle being needed.

Because it's not socialism, merely puerile rebellion. No effort to distinguish left from right, no attempt to analyze class forces, nothing about capitalism, just a lot of populist BS of the most depoliticized sort. Amazing how the Marcyites have lost their way....
