In the last two years, the world has experienced developments that have created a mandate for new additions to revolutionary thought. We’ve gotten more information about our task, information that tells us who exactly the cause’s friends and foes are. With the escalations of the Donbass and Palestine conflicts—which truly are genocides that the targets have been fighting back against—we’ve been told so many things about the future of the class struggle.
Very interesting piece, thank you. I clicked on some of the references, and the PSL "statement" on Russia's operation in Ukraine. That article seemed like it was written by a schizophrenic. The author(s?) write multiple paragraphs accurately describing Western antagonism and hostility, and US-led NATO's constant refusal to treat Russia as equal. But then the article continues with statements condemning Putin and the operation. There is no logical movement from point A to B. We can understand that there's no logic because it's impossible. You can't despair about innocent people getting slaughtered and then condemn the force coming in to save those very people!
I reckon groups like that succeed on the ignorance of aspiring leftists. It also indicates that revolutionary energy is best expended on other audiences.
