The importance of this issue cannot be overstated. To be against war is not simply to call for peace, but it must consider the consequences of that peace. It would mean the extermination of the Donbass people, whose end was measured and planned by Zelensky's military, beginning its crackdown on Feb. 19, 2022, before Putin went in on Feb. 24, 2022. The OCSE logs show a pattern of increasing explosions coming from Ukraine launched weapons, increasing in intensity from the 19th. One month before the war started, Congress was holding hearings about the "decolonization (aka balkanization) of Ukraine. The purpose? The same as it was in the original Brezinski Grand Chessboard Strategy, to weaken and collapse Russia, then move on to China. At least a million people would die from the collapse of the Russian state and the civil wars and conflicts that would result from it. The US neoliberal imperialists would then predate upon the carcass of the fallen state, raping its natural resources and exploiting its people. Thanks to the sanctions imposed by the West, Russia has had to nationalize more and more industries to keep them running, working toward re-Sovietizing the economy. Oligarchs have fled, and their originally ill-gotten holdings dating back to the 90's when property held by the state for the people was sold for virtually nothing in corrupt schemes. Putin is no communist. But Russia is bigger than even Vladimir Putin, and he must sway with the political winds. The winds of socialism arising are blowing, and as the West devolves into a death spiral of necro-capitalism, Russia moves closer to its Chinese partner, the Marxist-Leninist China. Central and South America are joining hands with increased socialist brotherhood and sisterhood. Columbia and Venezuela are at peace, Panama told Blinken he wasn't welcome to visit, and Nicaragua survived the coup and color revolution fueled by the US CIA.

Another amazing post! I roll my eyes every time a “Marxist” tells me about Russia being imperialist I feel like these people don’t even utilize the Marxist definition anymore, Russias economy is not what Lenin described in imperialism. Russia is a progressive force fighting the western imperialists.
